Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your SCOUT gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place your unused items back into their original packaging and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
