What materials are SCOUT bags made of?
Most of our bags are crafted from our signature 'all-weather woven' fabric, which is water-resistant, durable, and easy to clean. We also offer select styles in lightweight quilted poly and coated cotton.
How do I clean and care for my bag?
For our woven and coated fabrics, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. We recommend air drying all products. Avoid machine washing unless specifically noted on the care label.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your SCOUT gear! We accept returns of unused items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.
